This folder includes chaplaincy study courses. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, part-time, or lay ordained chaplain, a great place to start is the Chaplaincy Foundations Course. This course provides the core training and ministry framework that serves as the foundation for all ordained chaplaincy specializations.
These study pathways connect with the broader ministry vision of Christian Leaders Institute, the credentialing opportunities of Christian Leaders Alliance, and ministry outreach connections such as Soul Centers.
Credit Note
- If a course is labeled as a Module, it grants adult education credit through the Christian Development School.
- If a course title includes Units, it grants adult education credit and can also be recognized for college credit through the Leadership Excellence School at Christian Leaders Institute.
- College credit chaplaincy courses include the Public School Chaplaincy Course and the Fire/EMS Chaplaincy Course.
