This Getting Started course helps you discern your calling and introduces you to the free, study-based ministry training offered through the Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) and the recognized ordination pathways of the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA).

    Christian Leaders Institute provides free online courses and low-cost credentials to help you grow as a leader wherever God has placed you.

    When you complete this course, you will be recognized as a Catechumen — the early church term for a believer in ministry formation. Catechumen status means:

    • You are actively discerning God’s call.
    • You are a Christian leader in training.
    • You are now eligible to pursue ordination or other ministry programs with the Christian Leaders Alliance.

    This is your first official step from "interested believer" to "emerging leader."
