    The Lay Minister Ordination Capstone Course is the final step in completing your multi-skilled ministry training through the Christian Leaders Institute and the Christian Leaders Alliance. This capstone confirms your readiness to serve as a trained, trustworthy Christian leader who can guide people through life’s most sacred and meaningful moments.

    This course is specially designed for volunteer, part-time, and bi-vocational Christian leaders who have already completed the foundational officiant courses. The capstone brings together your knowledge, skills, character, and calling—preparing you to step confidently into ordained ministry.

    Lay Ministers are equipped to serve in a wide variety of Christian ministry roles, offering biblical guidance, pastoral presence, and spiritual leadership in moments of celebration, crisis, transition, and discipleship.
