Part of the Life Is Ministry series, Anger Reset is a grace-centered course developed by ordained minister Brian DeCook to help believers turn anger from a destructive force into a place of spiritual growth and ministry. Instead of being controlled by reactions, students will learn how to bring anger under the lordship of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.
This course explores a biblical theology of anger, the difference between righteous anger and sinful wrath, and the life-changing truth that the cross can transform wrath into peace. Students will also learn the practical RESET framework, gaining tools to respond to anger in Spirit-led, healthy, and redemptive ways. Through Scripture, reflection, and real-life application, Anger Reset helps students grow in self-control, peacemaking, forgiveness, and relational healing in their homes, churches, workplaces, and ministries.
Brian DeCook brings a distinctive voice to this course. As a former United States attorney, he witnessed firsthand the damage anger can inflict on individuals, families, and communities. As an ordained minister and global peacemaker, he also brings a hopeful vision of reconciliation and renewal that has touched thousands of lives.
