Program Overview

A MicroSchool Minister is both educator and spiritual mentor—forming students into wise, faith-driven leaders in small, Christ-centered learning communities.

This pathway blends theology, leadership, and academic excellence to equip you for MicroSchool ministry—discipling youth, engaging families, and teaching with clarity and confidence.

1. Enroll and complete the required ministry courses.
2. Submit local endorsements (faith & character).
3. Update your CLI profile and order credentials.
4. Join a commissioning service (online or local).
5. (Optional) Register your MicroSchool or Soul Center with CLA.

• Wedding Officiant Skills — Prepare couples for covenant marriage.
• Youth Ministry Leadership — Shepherd students toward spiritual growth.
• Romance Officiant Skills — Teach biblical purity and relational wisdom.
• Theology & Academic Literacy — Build confidence in doctrine, reading, and writing.
• Developing MicroSchools — Start or strengthen a Christ-centered MicroSchool.
• Officiating Chaplain Skills — Provide pastoral care to students and families.
