This course helps students launch a Christian Life Coaching Ministry Practice that combines prayerful listening, discernment, Scripture-rooted guidance, healthy boundaries, public credibility, and practical next-step support.This course also serves aspiring and certified Life Coach Ministers who are preparing for this role. Students learn how to build a clear pathway of care, discernment, transformation, and commissioning with role clarity, confidentiality with limits, consent-based guidance, spiritual discernment, Scripture-rooted formation, referral readiness, and humble public credibility.

Course Description
Students learn how to conduct a first session, explain Christian Life Coaching Ministry, distinguish Life Coaching Ministry from counseling or therapy, listen well, offer discernment with permission, and recommend formation pathways such as prayer, Scripture, Bible memory, CLI courses, Flourishing Life courses, books, growth handbooks, worship, Bible studies, pastoral care, counseling referrals, financial counsel, medical support, legal support, crisis support, recovery groups, grief support, caregiving resources, and community supports.
Christian Life Coaching Ministry is presented as a humble ordained ministry of encouragement, discernment, accountability, and practical next-step guidance. Ordination provides public credibility, accountability, and commissioning for those called to serve in this ministry role.
Students also learn how to launch a church-connected or Soul Center Life Coaching Ministry Practice with a public ministry description, Life Coaching Ministry Covenant, first-session flow, referral directory, safety language, follow-up structure, and Seven Connections of Love commissioning plan.
This course provides Christian Life Coaching Ministry practice training only. It is not counseling licensure, therapy training, legal training, medical training, financial advising training, or crisis-response certification.
