    Multiplying Leaders and Growing Your Church with the CLI/CLA Ecosystem is a practical guide for pastors, church leaders, Soul Center leaders, and CLI students who want to raise up more trained Christian leaders through the local church.

    The goal is not to replace the pastor. The goal is to help the pastor equip the saints.

    This course helps churches move from pastoral overload toward leadership multiplication by training, mentoring, endorsing, commissioning, and sending faithful believers into ministry.

    Students learn how CLI training, CLA study-based ministry recognition, and local church mentoring can work together to create sustainable ministry pipelines and church-based leadership development.

    Final Project

    The final project is a Church Multiplication Launch Plan designed to help churches create practical pathways for raising up and multiplying Christian leaders.

    Grounded in Scripture and local church discipleship, this course helps churches become training centers, sending centers, and leadership multiplication hubs.

    Students must earn a minimum average of 60% to pass the course.
