    Are you called to be a Soul Coach?
    A Soul Coach is a volunteer or part-time Christian clergy leader who walks alongside others as they take faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

    The Soul Coach Ordination Credential through Christian Leaders Alliance is the foundational role in the Christian Life Coaching Program. This credential is designed for everyday Christian leaders who feel called to encourage others, support growth, and serve with grace and truth.

    Program Overview

    The Soul Coach Ordination Credential equips Christ-centered leaders to serve others through biblical encouragement, prayer, listening, Christian Growth Courses, Soul Growth resources, and faithful next-step support.

    A Soul Coach is not expected to have all the answers. The course, Bible study, or Christian Growth resource provides much of the teaching. The Soul Coach provides presence, encouragement, prayer, reflection, accountability, and support.

    Soul Coaches help people grow spiritually, personally, and relationally through Christian encouragement, prayer, listening, reflection, accountability, and course-connected support. They do not take over another person’s life. Instead, they help a living soul notice God’s work, engage Christian Growth resources, and respond with faith, wisdom, and courage.

    • Provide Christian encouragement, prayer, listening, reflection, accountability, and course-connected support.
    • Help others notice God’s work in their lives and respond with faith, wisdom, and courage.

    Support Growth with Clarity and Wisdom

    • Use Christian Growth resources to support spiritual, personal, and relational growth.
    • Serve with humility, biblical grounding, practical ministry wisdom, and role clarity.
    • Encourage growth without taking over another person’s life or replacing appropriate care.

    • Multiplying Christian Leaders — 1 Module
    • Soul Coaching Skills — 1 Module
    • One approved Christian Growth Course — 1 Module

    Credential Requirement

    • Level One Endorsement

    Clergy Standing with Christian Leaders Alliance

    All Christian Leaders Alliance coaching roles carry clergy standing within their approved role, training level, endorsement, and credential status.

    The Soul Coach role is recognized as a Christian clergy role within the Christian Leaders Alliance credentialing structure. This means the Soul Coach serves with ministry recognition, role clarity, and accountability.

    Clergy standing does not mean every coaching role has the same ministry authority, public function, or legal recognition in every setting. Local laws, institutional policies, background checks, and role-specific requirements may apply.

    Program Outcomes

    Those who complete the Soul Coach Ordination Credential pathway will be prepared to receive the Soul Coach Ordination Credential through Christian Leaders Alliance and serve with clergy standing within the approved Soul Coach role and scope.

    Ministry Readiness

    • Support others as they engage Christian Growth Courses.
    • Provide prayer, encouragement, listening, reflection, and accountability.
    • Help people take faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

    Future Pathways

    • Serve in connection with a church, Soul Center, ministry setting, or local relational community.
    • Build a foundation for future Christian Life Coaching roles.
    • Prepare for future pathways such as Life Coach, Life Coach Chaplain, or Life Coach Minister.

    Steps to Receive the Soul Coach Ordination Credential

    Enroll in the Soul Coach Ordination Credential Pathway.
    Complete the required courses.
    Complete the Level One Endorsement.
    Update your Christian Leaders profile.
    Order your official credentials.
    Participate in a commissioning service.
    Optional: register or affiliate with a Soul Center.
