    An Ordained Christian Life Coach is a Christian clergy leader who walks alongside others as they seek growth, clarity, direction, and faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

    The Ordained Christian Life Coach Credential through Christian Leaders Alliance is an ordination credentialing pathway that prepares Christ-centered leaders to serve through Christian coaching conversations, prayer, listening, reflection, accountability, growth planning, and biblical encouragement.

    Program Overview

    Ordained Christian Life Coaches help people identify where life is stuck, clarify meaningful goals, strengthen habits, and take personal responsibility before God.

    They do not control another person’s life or replace the work of the Holy Spirit. Instead, they create a supportive coaching space where people can reflect, discern, grow, and move forward with faith, wisdom, and courage.

    This credential builds on the Soul Coach foundation and provides broader preparation for Christian coaching conversations, theological grounding, specialization, referral wisdom, and practical ministry service.

    • Use Soul Growth discernment, Christian Growth resources, specialization training, and practical ministry wisdom.
    • Serve with role clarity, theological grounding, referral wisdom, humility, and Christian accountability.

    • Building a Life Coach Ministry Practice — 1 Module

    Theology, Growth, and Endorsement

    • Theological Foundation Requirement — choose one:
    • Christian Leaders Theology — 1 Module
    • Christian Basics: Introduction to Christian Doctrine — 3 Units
    • One approved Christian Growth Course
    • Level One Endorsement

    Clergy Standing with Christian Leaders Alliance

    All Christian Leaders Alliance coaching roles carry clergy standing within their approved role, training level, endorsement, and credential status.

    The Ordained Christian Life Coach role is recognized as a Christian clergy role within the Christian Leaders Alliance credentialing structure. This means the Ordained Christian Life Coach serves with ministry recognition, role clarity, and accountability.

    Clergy standing does not mean every coaching role has the same ministry authority, public function, or legal recognition in every setting. Local laws, institutional policies, background checks, and role-specific requirements may apply.

    Program Outcomes

    Those who complete the Ordained Christian Life Coach Credential pathway will be prepared to receive the Ordained Christian Life Coach Credential through Christian Leaders Alliance and serve with clergy standing within the approved Ordained Christian Life Coach role and scope.

    Ministry Readiness

    • Provide Christian coaching conversations marked by prayer, listening, encouragement, reflection, and accountability.
    • Help people clarify goals, strengthen habits, and take faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
    • Support others as they engage Christian Growth Courses, Soul Growth resources, and specialization training.

    Future Pathways

    • Serve in connection with a church, Soul Center, ministry setting, or local relational community.
    • Be recognized within the Christian Leaders Alliance credentialing structure as an Ordained Christian Life Coach.
    • Build a foundation for future Christian Life Coaching roles, including Life Coach Chaplain or Life Coach Minister.

    Enroll in the Ordained Christian Life Coach Credential Pathway.
    Complete the required courses.
    Complete the Level One Endorsement.
    Update your Christian Leaders profile.
    Order your official credentials.
    Participate in a commissioning service.
