THE ORDINATION PROCESS
How to Get Ordained Through Christian Leaders
If you are asking how to get ordained through Christian Leaders, the process is designed to be clear, accessible, biblical, and accountable.
1Enroll at Christian Leaders Institute
Begin with free courses that introduce you to Christian study, ministry calling, biblical foundations, and leadership.
2Choose Your Ministry Role Pathway
Complete the required study pathway for the ministry role you are pursuing, such as Wedding Officiant ordination, Minister ordination, Chaplain ordination, Life Coach Minister recognition, or additional roles as your calling develops.
3Complete Ministry and Theology Courses
Grow in biblical knowledge, Christian doctrine, ministry practice, ethics, pastoral care, communication, and role-specific skills.
4Receive Local Endorsement
Christian Leaders Alliance believes ministry recognition should not happen in isolation. Someone who knows you and your walk with God should affirm your calling and readiness, such as a pastor, ministry leader, spouse, elder, mentor, church member, fellowship leader, Soul Center leader, or another qualified recommender.
5Participate in Local Commissioning
After completing the required training and endorsement process, you are publicly prayed over and commissioned in your local ministry context, such as a church, fellowship, home gathering, ministry setting, Soul Center, or other appropriate Christian community.
6Receive Christian Leaders Alliance Recognition
CLA documents your ordination or ministry role through appropriate recognition, which may include a certificate, clergy ID, letter of good standing, public directory listing, and role-based ministry credential.
