Planting a Soul Centre in Europe equips Christian leaders to discern their calling, identify the people God has placed around them, and establish a locally rooted, Christ-centred ministry that can serve and multiply.

A Soul Centre may begin simply—with a conversation, prayer gathering, Christian Growth Course, coaching relationship, chaplaincy ministry, home fellowship, online community, officiant ministry, or act of hospitality. The goal is to create a relational Christian presence where people can encounter Christ, receive prayer and encouragement, grow in faith, discover their gifts, and find meaningful community.

The course explores biblical foundations for local ministry, Europe’s changing spiritual landscape, Ecuministry, Christian Leaders Alliance credential pathways, Christian life coaching, chaplaincy, Christian Growth Courses, safeguarding, privacy, legal and ministry distinctions, sustainable ministry, and leadership multiplication.

Students will learn to identify local spiritual and relational needs, choose a Soul Centre model that fits their calling and resources, develop healthy partnerships, establish appropriate safeguards and boundaries, and equip emerging leaders for service.

The course honours the wider Christian church and encourages partnership rather than competition across Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican, Protestant, evangelical, Pentecostal, independent, and non-denominational traditions.

By the end of the course, students will complete a European Soul Centre Launch and Multiplication Plan and be better prepared to take practical, faithful steps toward becoming a trusted Christian presence in their community.
