✝️ Fire/EMS Chaplain Ordination Program Course
Matricularme 🚒 Are You Called to Be a Fire/EMS Chaplain?
A Fire/EMS Chaplain is a volunteer or part-time minister who enters the high-stakes world of first responders to bring presence, comfort, and spiritual care in moments of crisis. Firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics encounter trauma, danger, and human suffering on a daily basis. Chaplains step into that world—not with a hose, stretcher, or siren, but with prayer, compassion, and Christ-centered hope.
These ordained chaplains serve both on the front lines and behind the scenes—at fire stations, in ambulances, at accident sites, in hospitals, or sitting across the table with a responder who quietly carries the weight of grief and stress. Wherever first responders and their communities need encouragement, prayer, or a listening ear, Fire/EMS Chaplains bring the ministry of presence.
The Fire/EMS Chaplain Ordination Program is a structured, step-by-step training designed to equip you with biblical, theological, and practical chaplaincy skills so you can serve with clarity and confidence. This program also provides the pathway to ordination and clergy credentialing through the Christian Leaders Alliance.

✝️ What Is a Soul Center?
🌟 Fire/EMS Chaplains and Soul CentersA Soul Center within the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) is a locally registered Christian religious society designed to serve a specific community or relational circle with Spirit-led presence, discipleship, and pastoral ministry. Soul Centers are led by credentialed ministers, including Ordained Fire/EMS Chaplains, who are trained and recognized through the Christian Leaders Alliance. Each leader affirms the CLA Statement of Faith and agrees to follow the best practices outlined in the Soul Center Handbook.
The core purpose of a Soul Center is to act as a local expression of the Church—a gathering place where the love of Christ is demonstrated through spiritual guidance, biblical teaching, pastoral chaplaincy, and community connection. Fire/EMS Chaplains play a vital role by providing presence, prayer, and crisis care that supports first responders, victims, families, and the wider community.
