This course uses short videos, brief readings, and quizzes to help you understand the chaplaincy pathway in a calm and approachable way. It is designed to help new students begin with clarity and confidence while learning how courses work in the program.
Part Two: Quiz Confidence Building
Supportive Learning Structure
In this getting started course, you may retake the quizzes more than once until you are satisfied with your grade. That extra flexibility is meant to help you learn the system with confidence, even though this is not usually the standard practice at Christian Leaders Institute.

Topic 2 OverviewHow the CLI Ecosystem WorksThis topic helps students understand how the larger Christian Leaders Institute ecosystem works. It introduces Christian Leaders Institute as the overall ministry ecosystem and explains the distinct roles of the Christian Development School, the Leadership Excellence School, and the Christian Leaders Alliance.
You will also see how this structure creates opportunity for many different kinds of students, making it possible to grow, serve, and pursue ministry pathways at your own pace and calling.
What You Will Learn- How the Christian Leaders Institute ecosystem is structured
- The role of the Christian Development School in foundational learning
- How the Leadership Excellence School supports advanced growth
- The purpose of the Christian Leaders Alliance for credentialing and recognition

Assignments
- Watch online video lectures
- Read the online articles for each unit
- Take the online quiz for each unit
- Complete each quiz in one sitting once it begins
- Retake quizzes if desired until you are satisfied with your grade
- Use your notes, readings, and course materials while taking quizzes
Once a quiz starts, you must finish it, so it is wise to be ready ahead of time. Each quiz covers the readings and video lectures for that unit, and your highest grade will be recorded.
Grading Scale
A 94–100% A- 90–93% B+ 87–89% B 83–86% B- 80–82% C+ 77–79% C 73–76% C- 70–72% D+ 67–69% D 63–66% D- 60–62% F 0–59%
Your average for the course must be at least 60%. Otherwise, you will fail the class and receive no credit.
