Church Community Chaplaincy Practice
Serve local churches, Soul Centers, pastors, elders, deacons, volunteers, families, and community care settings with faithful presence, wise boundaries, and Scripture-rooted hope.
Church Community Chaplaincy Practice equips volunteer, part-time, and full-time chaplains to offer compassionate, consent-based spiritual care within local churches, Soul Centers, visitation ministries, prayer teams, care teams, small group networks, benevolence ministries, funeral follow-up ministries, senior care settings, recovery-connected church ministries, and other approved church community care environments.
Church Community Chaplains serve with delegated trust, not independent authority, helping people move toward direct, humble, accountable communication and proper care.Students learn ministry of presence, role clarity, prayer by permission, Scripture with wisdom, confidentiality with limits, pastoral and elder respect, deacon partnership, referral awareness, practical follow-up, and sustainable care.
They also learn how to avoid gossip, triangulation, role confusion, private benevolence systems, dependency-building, and back-channel communication.
