Life Coach Ministers serve through prayer, listening, biblical encouragement, coaching conversations, Christian Growth resources, ministry leadership, accountability, and referral wisdom.
A Life Coach Minister is not expected to solve every problem or control another person’s life. The Life Coach Minister serves with humility, clarity, compassion, and boundaries. They help people notice God’s work, reflect honestly, engage biblical wisdom, strengthen habits, clarify next steps, and respond faithfully to the call of Christ.
This role is especially meaningful for those who feel called to serve as credentialed coaching ministers in churches, Soul Centers, community ministries, relational circles, one-on-one ministry conversations, discipleship settings, and local ministry practices.

Many students have already completed this endorsement through another Christian Leaders Alliance credential pathway, such as the Wedding Officiant Ordination Program. If so, this requirement has already been fulfilled.
