    The Christian Leaders Alliance Life Coach Minister Ordination Program equips Christ-centered leaders to serve others through Christian coaching conversations, biblical wisdom, prayer, Soul Growth discernment, Christian Growth resources, semi-directive and directive ministry coaching, pastoral presence, and practical ministry systems.

    Life Coach Ministers serve through prayer, listening, biblical encouragement, coaching conversations, Christian Growth resources, ministry leadership, accountability, and referral wisdom.

    A Life Coach Minister is not expected to solve every problem or control another person’s life. The Life Coach Minister serves with humility, clarity, compassion, and boundaries. They help people notice God’s work, reflect honestly, engage biblical wisdom, strengthen habits, clarify next steps, and respond faithfully to the call of Christ.

    This role is especially meaningful for those who feel called to serve as credentialed coaching ministers in churches, Soul Centers, community ministries, relational circles, one-on-one ministry conversations, discipleship settings, and local ministry practices.

    Clergy Standing with Christian Leaders Alliance

    All Christian Leaders Alliance coaching roles carry clergy standing within their approved role, training level, endorsement, credential status, and scope of service.

    The Life Coach Minister role is recognized as a Christian clergy role within the Christian Leaders Alliance credentialing structure. This means the Life Coach Minister serves with ministry recognition, role clarity, accountability, and coaching-ministry preparation.

    Clergy standing does not mean every coaching role has the same ministry authority, public function, or legal recognition in every setting. Local laws, institutional policies, background checks, ministry approvals, and role-specific requirements may apply.

    Life Coach Ministers who serve in churches, Soul Centers, community ministries, public settings, wedding or funeral ministry, care-related settings, recovery ministries, youth-related ministries, or other institutional environments must follow the laws, policies, screening processes, and supervision requirements of that setting.

    Program Outcomes

    Those who complete the Life Coach Minister Ordination Program will be prepared to receive the Ordained Life Coach Minister credential through Christian Leaders Alliance and serve with clergy standing within the approved Life Coach Minister role and scope.

    Coaching and Ministry Readiness

    • Provide Christian coaching conversations marked by prayer, listening, encouragement, accountability, and biblical wisdom.
    • Help people take faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

    Ministry Leadership and Recognition

    • Serve in connection with a church, Soul Center, ministry setting, or local relational community.

    • Practice role clarity, accountability, humility, confidentiality, and referral wisdom.
    • Represent Christian Leaders Alliance clergy recognition with integrity and spiritual maturity.

    Steps to Receive the Life Coach Minister Ordination Credential

    If you have already achieved Level One Endorsement, you may move on to the next step. Many students have already completed this endorsement through another Christian Leaders Alliance credential pathway, such as the Wedding Officiant Ordination Program. If so, this requirement has already been fulfilled.

    The endorsement process helps confirm that Ordained Life Coach Ministers demonstrate a growing walk with Jesus Christ, biblical integrity, servant leadership, spiritual maturity, humility, compassionate listening, respectful boundaries, confidentiality awareness, and a heart to serve others through Christian coaching, pastoral presence, biblical encouragement, accountability, and faithful next-step support.

    Because Life Coach Ministers often walk alongside people as they seek growth, clarity, wisdom, healing, calling, maturity, and direction, this endorsement also reflects your commitment to using prayer, Soul Growth discernment, Christian Growth resources, and ministry coaching with wisdom, accountability, grace, role clarity, and referral awareness.
