🗂️ Administration Specialization
Building Spirit-Led Systems and Teams That Empower Ministry Growth
The Administration Specialization equips clergy with the essential skills to lead, organize, and sustain healthy ministries through effective planning, leadership, and management. Whether you are helping run a church, nonprofit, house church network, or ministry team, this specialization prepares you to bring structure and strategy to your calling.
This credential is ideal for ministers, chaplains, and officiants who are called to serve in leadership and administrative roles, combining spiritual insight with organizational excellence.
💬 Why It Matters

God-honoring administration ensures that spiritual efforts are supported by wise planning, healthy teams, and stewardship of resources. Good administrators empower others, clarify goals, and keep the mission on course.
This specialization matters because it equips you to manage people, programs, and resources in a way that multiplies impact and glorifies God. It’s not just about paperwork—it’s about building a framework for sustainable, Spirit-led ministry.
