“My name is Lucian Dumitru Constantin, but most know me simply as Luc. I am truly blessed to be part of the Christian Leaders Institute, where the Wedding Officiant is the gateway into so much more. I currently reside in the Toledo area, where I have actively served in ministry as a pastor for the past seven years. During that time, by God’s grace, I planted three churches and have continually used the gifts entrusted to me to share the love and truth of Christ with others. My calling has been shaped by a deep encounter with God’s grace and a passionate desire to see lives transformed through the power of the gospel. From the early days of my faith, I sensed God’s call to ministry—not only within the walls of the church, but also out in the community, among those who might never step into a sanctuary.
