Discovering Your Calling 

As a Christian leader or believer, have you ever wondered about your calling? Do you feel a sense of purpose or destiny that you can't ignore? 

In Romans 11:29, Paul writes, "For God’s gifts and his call can never be withdrawn" (NLT). While this verse specifically refers to God's irrevocable gifts and calling to Israel as a nation, it reminds us that God's sovereign plan and election are integral to our understanding of calling. 

As individuals, we are called to live a life of obedience to God, seeking His will and purpose. The Bible teaches that discerning God's will and calling requires ongoing prayer, seeking wisdom, and obedience (e.g., Proverbs 3:5-6, James 1:5). 

Understanding Your Gifts 

The Bible teaches that our calling is rooted in our gifts. In 1 Corinthians 12, the Apostle Paul writes that we are one body of Christ, using our gifts for the growth of the church. 

To help you discover your gifts and calling, we recommend taking a spiritual gifts test at giftstest.com. This test will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and give you a better understanding of how God has gifted you. 

However, it's essential to remember that gifts and calling are not static; they evolve as we grow in our faith and obedience to God. Ongoing sanctification and spiritual growth are crucial in becoming effective instruments of God's will.

Our Role at TLFBN Africa Micro School 

Our job at TLFBN Africa Micro School is to help you identify your calling and gifts, and provide training and mentorship to help you nurture them for God's glory. 

We are looking for called believers or Christian leaders who know their God-given talents or who may not know it but feel called to ministry. If you are the one, then you are welcome to TLFBN Africa Micro School.
