1. Church Assignment and Supervision: You'll be assigned to a specific role in a church, where you'll be supervised by our instructors to develop your skills and gifts. 2. Future Instructor Opportunities: If you excel in your studies and skills, you may be considered as a future instructor in our Micro school. 

3. Denominational Opportunities: We make sure that your denomination will provide opportunities for you to practice and develop your gifts and callings, preparing you for effective ministry.
