Henry - Hi. I'm Henry Reyenga, and with me is my wife, Pam. We welcome you  to this multiplying Christian leaders class. This class is about our essence, our  calling, Pam and I, as we began this journey in 2001 to today. This is like our  essence. How do we multiply Christian leaders? So in this class, you're going to  find out about how Christian and leader come together for the powerful  amplification of being a Christian leader. We believe God has placed on our  heart and our community the mission to reach 100 million Christian leaders by  2033, and as you go through this class, we pray that that vision, that mission,  might be embedded in your heart, and that you have this willingness to  reproduce, to multiply the impact of Jesus Christ into the lives of others. So  welcome to the multiplying Christian leaders class. This class will not be long.  It's just, in fact, one section, there's a quiz there. Then for those of you who are  brand new to Christian leaders, there's some navigation things, or some other  opportunities that this class will make you aware of. For those who are already  at Christian leaders Institute, you can just ignore a lot of that navigation stuff  that's just there for the new ones, but you can just ignore that and get your credit for this class. This class is sanctioned by our board of directors, who really  wanted each of us to pray about our role in multiplying discipleship, multiplying  ministry, multiplying impact, that our world might know Jesus Christ. Pam - dear Lord, we thank you for this opportunity to learn more and to grow  and to know what it means to be a Christian leader and to impact the world and  impact our communities, our families, wherever you have called us to Lord, we  pray for your blessing upon this ministry, that this work that you have given each of us In Jesus name, we pray amen,
