Hi, I'm Henry Reyenga, and welcome to this topic. In this topic, we are really  going to get into the skills of SEO, and we are going to be helped by Moz, which is a world leading in search engine marketing, and they have a free course that  we can link to. So CLI will link to a free course found @moz.com so this is going to be important for you. It is a three week, three topic course, and let me talk  about why this is so important, essentially, if you're an enterprising person using  online enterprise marketing. In a lot of ways, you've got to think of yourself as  the person who communicates the essence the executive brand of what you're  trying to do, what your company's trying to do, if you have a website or you  working for someone else. And so you are an executive Brander if you are going to use the internet. So we want to give you the skills. Now, what's an executive  Brander? Well, it's someone who looks for that specific audience that is  interested in what you do. And so you need to be focused, clear as can be, on  who that audience is, and then you need to learn the skills that help you reach  that audience. We are also going to look at those who are really good at  executive branding, such as Dan Cathy of Chick fil A, and we're going to see a  closed on Sunday presentation where you can see he is specifically that  business is going after a specific segment of the population, and they are doing  great with that. And also, there's Seth Godin, again, and tribes. It's a book he  wrote. And again, you can go to the Seth Godin website, if you want to buy  some of his books, they are amazing at tribes or segments of people that  specifically you in your executive branding might be called to reach. We're going to also talk about YouTube videos. And Brian Dean explains some YouTube  marketing stuff, that when I was reading some of this stuff and listening to some  of this stuff from his or reading from the website, listening to his presentation, I  got all kinds of ideas about YouTube. So we're going to look at these Moz topics, such as how search engines work. Also how people interact with search  engines, why SEO is important, the basics of search engine friendly designing  content when you're actually making websites, or if you have a website and  you're designing specifically for the skill of reaching that segment of people you  are called to reach. So this topic, this week is practical, your your your, take it  slow. Don't rush through it. Learn how to really pay attention to some details. For some of you, this whole topic is already like challenging you, but I promise you it will get easier. By the time the whole class is done, this will be understandable.  You'll learn how executive branding and segmenting of those who are you are  called to reach, and the skill of reaching those people will all come together, so I  wish you well this week. Stay at it. Don't give up, and you're going to learn a lot  about the practical skills of online SEO.
