A vital aspect of CLA is the empowering of Soul Centers—religious societies registered and led by credentialed CLA ministers that serve as local or digital hubs of ministry. These can include fellowships, ministries, churches or house churches, mentor centers, ministry practices, mobilization centers, multi-purpose ministries, or online ministries—designed to catalyze spiritual connections, pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership multiplication across communities

The vision of the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) is rooted in Acts 2, where God promises that His Spirit will be poured out on all people—sons and daughters, young and old, rich and poor—calling them to lead and minister in the last days.
