🎥 Video 1E Transcript: From Course Learning to a Micro Church Launch Portfolio

Hi, I am Henry Reyenga, a Christian Leaders Institute presenter.

In this video, I want to help you understand how to use this course well.

This course is not only giving you information about micro churches. It is helping you build toward a real ministry plan. By the end of the course, you will create a Micro Church Launch Portfolio and a 90-day field plan.

That means every topic matters.

As you go through each week, keep asking practical questions. Who am I called to serve? Where might this micro church be rooted? Is this a home, neighborhood, workplace, village, digital, daughter church, or Soul Center expression? Who will mentor me? What local church, pastor, elder, or Soul Center connection will provide oversight? What training, credentialing, or ordination pathway may be needed for the kind of ministry I am discerning?

Do not rush past these questions.

A micro church may begin small, but it touches real lives. People may bring spiritual hunger, loneliness, grief, family pain, cultural questions, financial hardship, or deep hope into the gathering. They are not projects. They are embodied souls made in the image of God. They need Christian community that is warm, biblical, trustworthy, and wise.

Your launch portfolio will help you clarify the purpose of the micro church. It will help you describe your mission field, gathering rhythm, leadership structure, safety practices, discipleship plan, and multiplication vision.

A common mistake is to finish a course and still have no concrete next step. Another mistake is to launch quickly without writing anything down, asking for counsel, or clarifying oversight. Both can lead to confusion.

Instead, treat this course like a guided ministry formation process.

Write notes after every video. Complete the readings. Pay attention to the case studies. Talk with mature Christian leaders. Pray for wisdom. Ask God to show you not only what you want to do, but what is faithful, timely, and accountable.

By the end of this course, you should be able to say, “Here is the kind of micro church I am called to plant. Here is who it serves. Here is who oversees it. Here is how we will gather. Here is how we will make disciples. Here is how we will raise up future leaders.”

That kind of clarity does not quench revival. It prepares for it.

May this course help you move from burden to calling, from calling to preparation, and from preparation to faithful gospel multiplication.
