Hi, I am Henry Reyenga, founder of Christian Leaders Institute.

Welcome to Legacy and Plateaued Church Revitalization.

In this course, we are going to talk about churches that still matter deeply to God, but may feel stuck, tired, wounded, pastorless, aging, or uncertain about the future.

Some churches do not need to be planted from scratch. They need to be renewed.

Maybe your church is a small country church that once had a full-time pastor but no longer can afford one. Maybe your church has faithful members, a building, a history, and a community presence, but no clear plan for the next generation. Maybe your church has gone through conflict, pastor failure, financial confusion, or broken trust. Maybe your elders, deacons, or board members love the church, but feel unsure how to lead it forward.

This course begins with hope.

A legacy church is not a failed church simply because it is small.
A rural church is not a failed church because it cannot hire a full-time pastor.
A wounded church is not beyond renewal if it is willing to tell the truth, seek healing, rebuild trust, and return to mission.

In this course, we will explore prayerful renewal, honest diagnosis, trust rebuilding, leadership renewal, rural and pastorless church solutions, worship restart, discipleship, and a practical 12-month church restart plan.

I am using my Synthesia video presenter in this course so the teaching can be clear, consistent, scalable, and globally accessible. Students study through Christian Leaders Institute from many nations, schedules, church settings, and internet situations. This format helps us deliver steady training while keeping the message personal, biblical, practical, and focused on local ministry.

The goal of this course is not to shame older churches.

The goal is to help churches ask faithful questions.

What has God preserved here?
What needs to be healed?
Who is teachable?
Who needs training?
What mission has been neglected?
What future may God still be opening?

By the end of this course, you will work toward a Church Revitalization Portfolio and a 12-Month Church Restart Plan.

So let’s begin with prayerful courage.

A legacy church is not renewed by nostalgia or novelty. It is renewed by prayer, repentance, trustworthy leadership, honest diagnosis, faithful discipleship, and fresh gospel mission.
