Hi, I am Henry Reyenga, a Christian Leaders Institute presenter.

Welcome to Pastors’ Master Class: Using the CLI/CLA Ecosystem to Multiply Christian Leaders.

In this course, I am using my Synthesia video presenter so the teaching can be clear, consistent, scalable, and globally accessible. Pastors and church leaders study from many nations, schedules, church sizes, and internet situations. This format helps us deliver steady training while keeping the message personal, biblical, practical, and focused on local ministry.

This master class begins with a simple pastoral question: could Christian Leaders Institute and Christian Leaders Alliance help your church raise up more leaders?

Many pastors love their churches deeply, but they carry too much ministry alone. They preach, counsel, visit, organize, lead meetings, train volunteers, answer crises, prepare funerals, encourage families, and still feel there are people they cannot reach. The problem is not usually a lack of compassion. Often, the problem is that the church has not built a clear pathway for called members to become trained ministry leaders.

The Bible gives pastors and teachers a beautiful calling in Ephesians 4: to equip the saints for the work of ministry. That means ministry multiplication is not a distraction from pastoral work. It is part of pastoral work.

In this course, we will use one repeated framework: CLI trains, CLA recognizes, the local church mentors and deploys. Christian Leaders Institute provides accessible biblical and ministry training. Christian Leaders Alliance provides credentialing, commissioning, and ordination pathways where appropriate. But the local church remains central. Pastors, elders, deacons, boards, and ministry leaders help discern calling, character, doctrine, maturity, safety, and role fit.

Imagine a church where one faithful member trains to serve as a wedding officiant, another prepares for chaplaincy or visitation, another becomes a ministry coach, another grows toward elder or deacon service, and a young adult begins a degree pathway while serving locally. That is not replacing the pastor. That is multiplying the pastor’s ministry through trained, mentored, accountable leaders.

Some pastors may wonder, “Will this weaken local church authority?” The answer should be no. Used wisely, CLI and CLA strengthen local church authority by giving pastors better tools to train and guide people with prayer, humility, accountability, and clear supervision.

CLI does not replace the local church. CLI helps the local church train more leaders for local ministry.
