🎥 Video 5A Transcript: Your Church as a Christian Leaders Training Center

Hi, I am Henry Reyenga, President of Christian Leaders Institute.

In this video, I want to talk directly to pastors and church leaders about a powerful possibility:

Your church can become a Christian leaders training center.

Now, when some pastors hear that, they may picture something complicated. They may think, “Do we need classrooms, paid faculty, accreditation staff, technology systems, and a whole new department?”

Not necessarily.

The vision is much simpler and much more accessible.

Your church can become a place where called people are encouraged, guided, and supported as they study through Christian Leaders Institute and pursue ministry training, degree pathways, or Christian Leaders Alliance ordination.

You do not have to build the whole educational system yourself.

Christian Leaders Institute already provides the online courses.

Christian Leaders Alliance provides study-based ordination pathways.

Your church provides the relational connection, encouragement, accountability, and local ministry opportunity.

That is the powerful combination.

Many churches have people sitting in the pews who are called to serve but have never been activated. Some are retired. Some are young adults. Some are homeschool students. Some are businesspeople. Some are volunteers who already serve faithfully but need deeper training. Some are future officiants, chaplains, ministry coaches, small group leaders, teachers, or church planters.

They may not leave everything and go to seminary.

But they might study online.

They might complete free ministry courses.

They might earn certificates, diplomas, or even degrees.

They might pursue ordination through Christian Leaders Alliance.

They might become trained volunteer, part-time, or full-time Christian leaders right inside your church.

That is why a local church can become a training hub.

A training hub does not need to replace Sunday worship, small groups, or existing discipleship ministries. It strengthens them.

Imagine a pastor saying:

“We want every called believer in this church to take their next step. If God is stirring your heart for ministry, we will help you get trained.”

That simple invitation can change the culture of a church.

The pastor does not need to personally teach every course. The pastor does not need to create every curriculum. The pastor becomes a mobilizer.

The church becomes a launching place.

Christian Leaders Institute becomes the training platform.

Christian Leaders Alliance becomes the ordination and credentialing pathway for those called to public ministry roles.

This is especially important for churches that want to multiply but do not have a large budget. You may not be able to hire several staff members. But you may be able to raise up trained volunteers. You may not be able to launch a full seminary extension site. But you can gather students around online learning, mentoring, prayer, and local ministry practice.

This can serve many groups:

A young adult exploring ministry calling.

A retired believer ready for a second season of service.

A homeschool family looking for college-level Christian education.

A deacon or elder who wants stronger biblical training.

A woman called to chaplaincy, coaching, or discipleship ministry.

A lay leader who wants to become a wedding officiant, funeral officiant, life coach minister, chaplain, or minister.

A training center begins when a pastor sees the people differently.

Not merely as attenders.

Not merely as volunteers to fill church slots.

But as called image-bearers with gifts, stories, and ministry potential.

That is the heart of the CLI/CLA ecosystem.

It helps pastors multiply leaders without carrying the whole burden alone.

So here is the question:

Who in your church is ready to be invited?

Who needs encouragement to begin?

Who has a calling that has been waiting for someone to notice?

Your church may already have the future leaders God wants to use.

A Christian Leaders training center helps you call them forward.
