🧾 Worksheet 6.4

Identify Young Adults or Families Who May Benefit from CLI Pathways

Worksheet Purpose

This worksheet helps pastors, church leaders, parents, and ministry coordinators identify homeschool students, young adults, adult learners, and families who may benefit from Christian Leaders Institute pathways.

The goal is not to pressure anyone into a degree, ordination, or ministry role. The goal is to notice people God may be preparing, invite them wisely, and connect them to Christian learning, local encouragement, and faithful service.

Closing Reflection

A young adult may be waiting for someone to notice a calling.

A homeschool family may be looking for a faithful Christian learning pathway.

An adult learner may be ready for a second season of growth.

A ministry volunteer may be ready for deeper training.

This worksheet helps the church slow down, notice people, pray wisely, and make personal invitations.

The goal is not pressure.

The goal is faithful formation.

Christian Leaders Institute pathways can help churches support students, families, adult learners, and future leaders as they grow in biblical knowledge, Christian worldview, ministry readiness, and kingdom calling.
