📝 Worksheet 5.4: Scientology and Spiritual Technology Conversation Map

Purpose of This Worksheet

This worksheet helps you prepare for ministry conversations with people shaped by Scientology, Dianetics, auditing, self-optimization systems, spiritual technology language, high-control spiritual structures, or performance-based approaches to inner freedom.

The goal is not to become an expert on Scientology. The goal is to listen deeply, discern the altar, protect dignity, stay within your ministry role, and offer Christ-centered clarity without pressure. This follows the course’s overall ministry pattern for American comparative religion conversations.

Use this worksheet as a practical field tool for coaching, chaplaincy, pastoral care, Soul Center conversations, recovery ministry, reentry ministry, officiant conversations, and discipleship settings.

Part 5: Practice Phrases

Practice saying these phrases in a calm, non-anxious way.

Listening Phrases

“Thank you for trusting me with that.”

Lord Jesus,
give me a calm and discerning heart.
Help me listen without mockery,
speak truth without harshness,
and offer care without control.

Teach me to recognize the longing for freedom,
the wounds of shame,
the pressure of secret systems,
and the fear that can hide beneath spiritual language.

Keep me from acting beyond my role.
Keep me from becoming someone’s rescuer, investigator, or secret authority.
Make me faithful, humble, and wise.

Help me point people to your grace,
your truth,
your rest,
and your freedom.

Amen.
