📝 Worksheet 11.4: Seven-Day Gratitude Practice Plan

Course: Christian Gratitude Growth
Topic 11: Gratitude as a Daily Practice
Connection: This worksheet helps students practice seven days of simple, honest gratitude through prayer, Scripture reflection, daily noticing, and one faithful step. It follows the Topic 11 pattern for daily gratitude habits and practical formation.

Opening Thought

Christian gratitude grows through practice.

You do not need a perfect week.

You do not need perfect emotions.

You do not need a perfect prayer life.

You need a simple rhythm that helps you notice God’s grace in ordinary life.

This seven-day plan will help you practice Christian Gratitude Discernment one day at a time.

Each day, you will:

Notice one grace.
Tell the truth about what is hard.
Connect the grace to God.
Pray one sentence of thanks.
Take one faithful step.

Scripture Reflection

“Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.”
Colossians 3:17, WEB

Gratitude belongs in ordinary life.

It belongs in words.

It belongs in deeds.

It belongs at home.

It belongs at work.

It belongs in church.

It belongs in hardship.

It belongs in rest.

It belongs in hidden service.

It belongs in small moments most people never notice.

This week, ask God to help you see your life with Gratitude Eyes.
