Video Title: Sharing Christian Gratitude Growth as a Ministry Opportunity

Hi, I am Haley, a Christian Leaders Institute presenter.

A Soul Center leader named Renee wants to help people in her community grow in gratitude. She knows several people who feel discouraged, bitter, anxious, or spiritually numb. She has found the Christian Gratitude Growth course helpful, and now she wants to invite others.

But she feels a tension.

She does not want to oversell the course.

She does not want to sound like gratitude fixes everything.

She does not want hurting people to feel pressured.

That is wise.

Christian Gratitude Growth should be shared as a ministry opportunity, not as a cure-all.

Psalm 34:8 says,

“Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.”

Notice the invitation: “Taste and see.” It is not manipulation. It is not pressure. It is a gracious invitation to notice the goodness of God.

Leaders can share Christian Gratitude Growth with churches, Soul Centers, small groups, recovery ministries, chaplaincy settings, and discipleship pathways by saying something like this:

“We are offering a free Christian formation course called Christian Gratitude Growth. It helps people learn to see their lives as God designed them, with truth, grace, and hope. It does not deny pain or replace counseling, pastoral care, or crisis help. It simply gives people a biblical pathway for noticing grace and taking faithful next steps.”

Ministry Sciences observes that people are more likely to engage a growth opportunity when the invitation is clear, practical, trustworthy, and connected to real life. Adult learners often want to know: What is this? Why does it matter? Is it safe? How will it help me?

The Gospel gives the deeper foundation. We are not inviting people merely into a positivity habit. We are inviting them to see life before God through creation, fall, redemption, spiritual growth, and resurrection hope.

What helps?

Clear invitation.

Honest expectations.

No pressure.

A simple next step.

What harms?

Hype.

False promises.

Shaming people for not being grateful.

Using the course to avoid deeper care.

A wise leader might say:

“This course may help you notice God’s grace in your life. And if you are carrying something heavy, we can also help you find more support.”

That is the tone.

Hopeful, but honest.

Confident, but humble.

Invitational, not pressured.

Christian Gratitude Growth is not a program machine. It is a formation pathway that can help people see their lives with God’s eyes.
