📝 Worksheet 10.5: Conflict Firefighter Formation Plan
📝 Worksheet 10.5: Conflict Firefighter Formation Plan
Topic 10: Becoming a Conflict Firefighter
Course: Navigating Conflict in Christ
Purpose
A conflict firefighter is a believer who learns to return to the Peacefire again and again.
This worksheet will help you build a personal formation plan around the four marks of a conflict firefighter:
Humility
A desire to please God
Faith
Love
This is not a performance plan. It is a surrender plan. The goal is not to become flawless in conflict. The goal is to become more available to Jesus Christ in the middle of conflict.
Opening Prayer
Lord Jesus,
I bring You my conflicts, my reactions, my words, my fears, and my desire to control outcomes. Teach me to return to the Peacefire of Your presence. Form humility in me. Give me a deeper desire to please You. Strengthen my faith. Grow in me a truthful and wise love. Make me a person You can use in the middle of relational fire. Amen.
Scripture Reflection
Read these passages slowly.
Romans 12:1
“Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.”

John 15:5
