As this course concludes, remember that your calling is larger than improving your communication skills.

God is sending you into everyday life as a follower of Jesus Christ.

Your family needs Christlike presence.

Your church needs Christlike presence.

Your workplace needs Christlike presence.

Your neighborhood needs Christlike presence.

Your ministry needs Christlike presence.

The world is full of hurried conversations, harsh words, misunderstandings, loneliness, fear, and conflict.

Followers of Jesus have the opportunity to bring something different.

You can enter conversations with humility instead of pride.

You can listen before judging.

You can ask questions before making assumptions.

You can speak truth with grace.

You can establish healthy boundaries without becoming cold.

You can pursue peace without avoiding truth.

You can return to the Peacefire when conflict begins.

You can honor both organic males and organic females as God-designed people created in His image.

Most importantly, you can demonstrate agape love that seeks the true good of another person before God.

Do not underestimate the impact of ordinary faithfulness.

Many lives are changed through simple acts of patient listening, thoughtful encouragement, truthful conversation, faithful prayer, and consistent kindness.

Your confidence is ultimately not found in your personality. It is found in Christ.

As you continue your journey, keep receiving God's grace. Keep practicing these skills. Keep growing in wisdom. Keep loving people well.

May your life increasingly reflect the presence of Jesus wherever He sends you.
