Video 1A: Welcome to the Christian Life Coach Program
Hi, I am Haley, a Christian Leaders Institute presenter.
Welcome to the Christian Life Coach Program at Christian Leaders Institute.
You may be here because you enjoy listening to people. Perhaps others already come to you when they need encouragement, prayer, clarity, or help taking their next step. You may sense that God is calling you to become more intentional and better prepared for this kind of service.
You may also be uncertain. You might wonder whether you have enough experience, whether you are qualified to begin, or which Christian coaching pathway is right for you.
That is why this Getting Started course was created.
You do not need to understand the entire program today. You do not need to select your final credential immediately. You do not need to have a coaching practice or a complete ministry plan.
You can begin here.
Christian life coaching is a Christ-centered ministry of listening, reflection, prayer, biblical encouragement, accountability, Soul Growth discernment, and faithful next-step support.
Christian coaches walk alongside people as they pursue spiritual growth, personal clarity, healthier relationships, responsible goals, greater maturity, calling, and faithful direction under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Some Christian coaches serve as volunteers. They may encourage people in their churches, families, communities, small groups, or Soul Centers.
Others develop a part-time coaching ministry. Some eventually pursue a more structured coaching practice or a broader ministry leadership role.
There is room for different levels of calling and responsibility.
Throughout this course, you will learn about three Christian coaching pathways: the Soul Coach Ordination Credential, the Ordained Christian Life Coach Credential, and the Life Coach Minister Ordination Credential.
Each pathway has its own purpose, training requirements, and recognized ministry scope.
You will also learn how Christian Leaders Institute provides training, how Christian Leaders Alliance provides ordination recognition, and how you can begin exploring your calling without pressure.
As you start, ask yourself a simple question:
How might God be preparing me to listen, encourage, pray, and help others take faithful next steps?
You do not need to force an answer. Pay attention to the people God has placed around you, the experiences that have shaped you, and the kinds of service that bring you a sense of faithful purpose.
The goal is not to become important. The goal is to become prepared to serve.
Thank you for taking this next step in your Christian life coaching journey at Christian Leaders Institute.
