🎥 Video 1E: Where Ministry Multiplies

The vision is multiplication.

Multiplication happens when people are equipped to serve others. It is more than increasing attendance or programmes. It is raising up new Christian leaders who help others grow in Christ.

A Soul Coach prepares another Soul Coach.

A Christian Growth Course participant becomes a facilitator.

A chaplain mentors someone sensing a call to ministry.

A fellowship equips leaders to serve another neighbourhood, language group, town, or online community.

This reflects the ministry of Jesus.

Jesus cared for the crowds, but He also invested deeply in His disciples. He taught them, gave them responsibility, corrected them, and sent them out to serve.

The book of Acts continues this pattern as local leaders were recognised, ministry teams formed, believers shared their faith, and new Christian communities emerged throughout the Roman world.

Paul encouraged Timothy to entrust Christian teaching to faithful people who would also teach others. This simple pattern of disciples making disciples remains a model for ministry today.

A Christian Soul Centre may begin with a small group studying a Christian Growth Course. As people mature, some become Soul Coaches, others pursue chaplaincy, and others serve through hospitality, administration, or prayer. As leaders develop, ministry expands without depending on one person.

Eventually, some may begin new Soul Centres in other communities, languages, or online settings. In this way, one ministry becomes many ministries.

Healthy multiplication is not about control.

Strong leaders encourage others, provide accountability, and bless new ministries to grow according to their local communities.

At the same time, Soul Centres remain connected through shared prayer, training, ministry standards, mentoring, safeguarding, and relationships within Christian Leaders Alliance.

They share one mission while serving in different ways.

Multiplication also requires character and credibility. Growth without training, accountability, or integrity can damage both people and the witness of the gospel.

We are not trying to multiply titles.

We are multiplying faithful Christian leaders who serve with humility, Scripture, prayer, and genuine care for others.

Imagine Christian Soul Centres throughout Europe.

A home fellowship in the Netherlands.

A community chaplaincy in the United Kingdom.

A multilingual coaching ministry in Switzerland.

A prayer ministry in Italy.

A Christian Growth Course in Germany.

An online fellowship serving displaced Ukrainians across Europe.

Each Soul Centre would be locally led while connected to a larger vision.

Each would help people grow in Christ.

Each would identify and prepare future leaders.

The movement begins with one faithful step.

By the work of the Holy Spirit, one ministry can raise up many leaders, establish many Soul Centres, and bring the hope and truth of Jesus Christ to communities throughout Europe.
