Video 12A: Bringing Your Soul Centre Vision Together

Hi, I am Henry Reyenga, Founder of Christian Leaders Institute. Welcome to this presentation on bringing your Soul Centre vision together.

You have travelled through an important process of discernment. You have explored the biblical foundations of Soul Centres, the opportunities and challenges of ministry in Europe, Ecuministry, Christian affiliations, life coaching, chaplaincy, Christian Growth Courses, safeguarding, privacy, legal recognition, and sustainable ministry.

Now it is time to bring these pieces together.

A Soul Centre begins with a calling. God places people, needs, opportunities, and relationships before you. Your calling may involve a neighbourhood, a city, a language community, an online audience, a church, a workplace, a university, a group of migrants, or people experiencing a particular season of life.

Begin by asking:

Who has God placed in my life?

What spiritual needs do I see?

What gifts, experiences, relationships, and opportunities has God entrusted to me?

Your vision must then become specific. A general desire to help people is valuable, but a Soul Centre needs a clear ministry identity.

Who will you serve?

Where will you gather?

What language will you use?

What ministry practices will you begin with?

Your Soul Centre might start as a home fellowship, a Christian Growth Course group, a coaching ministry, a community chaplaincy, a prayer gathering, an officiant ministry, or an online Christian community.

You do not need to begin with every possible ministry practice. Begin with one faithful expression that fits your calling and local setting.

Your plan should also identify the training and Christian Leaders Alliance credential appropriate for your role. A Soul Coach, Ordained Christian Life Coach, Life Coach Minister, chaplain, officiant, or other credentialed leader serves with defined preparation, boundaries, and accountability.

Consider your Christian affiliations honestly. You may remain active in your local church or denomination while also serving through Christian Leaders Alliance. You may have several Christian affiliations. When you do not have another religious body, Christian Leaders Alliance may become your primary formal religious community.

Honest representation builds trust. Never claim that a church, denomination, government, or institution has authorised something it has not authorised.

Partnerships are also essential. Who can pray for you? Who can recommend you? Who can offer local wisdom? Which churches, ministries, charities, professionals, or community leaders might cooperate with you?

Jesus taught his followers to count the cost before beginning a significant work. Your plan should therefore address safeguarding, privacy, finances, legal questions, insurance, referrals, facilities, technology, and leadership support.

But do not allow planning to extinguish faith.

A Soul Centre is not merely an organisational structure. It is a locally rooted Christian ministry where people encounter the love and truth of Jesus Christ, receive encouragement, grow spiritually, discover their callings, and become equipped to serve others.

Bring your calling, relationships, training, affiliations, ministry practices, and local realities together in prayer.

Then identify one faithful step.

That step may be inviting three people to a Christian Growth Course, beginning a monthly prayer gathering, completing a credential, speaking with a pastor, developing a safeguarding policy, or meeting with another potential leader.

You do not need to see the entire journey before you begin.

You need a clear calling, a credible plan, healthy accountability, and the courage to take the next faithful step.
