Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) may accept eligible college credits from other institutions toward its programs. The Registrar's Office reviews official transcripts to determine which credits are eligible for transfer.

How to Request a Transfer Credit Evaluation

If you are pursuing a degree at CLI:

  1. Enroll in the Leadership Excellence School (LES) Admissions course (MIN 015).
  2. Follow the course instructions to complete your admissions requirements and request your transcript evaluation.
  3. Have your previous college or university send your official transcript directly to CLI.

If you are not pursuing a degree:

  1. Enroll in the Institute Verification Class (unless you have already been accepted into LES).
  2. Complete the course requirements and request your transcript evaluation.
  3. Have your previous college or university send your official transcript directly to CLI.

Transfer Credit Requirements

  • Courses must have a grade of C- or higher.
  • Up to 75% of the required credits for an associate degree may be transferred.
  • Up to 60 credits toward a bachelor's degree may be transferred.
  • CLI reviews the institution and coursework to determine transfer eligibility.
  • Credits from unaccredited institutions have additional requirements.

The cost of a comprehensive transcript evaluation is included in the LES application fee or Institute Verification Class fee, depending on your enrollment pathway.
