What is the Personal Vision?
Write it out:
“I Henry Reyenga, am called to lead my family and my Church into a sustainable, vital walk with God, reaching more to be included into a walk. I am also called to create the stage for others to lead their families and churches into a vital sustainable walk with God-ever reproducing and reaching more for Christ”.
Personal Vision Exercise
Write out your personal vision.
Ask someone who knows you if they think that vision reflects your life.
The Seed of an organizational Vision
Your personal Vision and the organizational Vision ought to match
Romans 15:20 “Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation”
Organizational Vision
How does your personal vision translate into your connection to your church?
People are the crown of God’s creation, and there’s no greater joy than helping them walk with God and to see them utilize their gifts. I love the people part of ministry and see my role as pastor to create stages for other people to use their gifts and make an impact in their family and to their community."
Organizational Vision
Put your organizational Vision into a format of invitation.
“You are invited to be on this God adventure. To go beyond the human struggle and soar with God daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and forever!” You are invited to include those in your life to also connect to the God Adventure.”
