Suggestions
• Develop Volunteers
• Meet with the Wedding Helpers
Getting to the Wedding Place
• Meet the Staff and Be Very Respectful
• Get familiar with the sound system situations
• Talk to the Photographers and Videographers and clarify expectations
Gather the Bride and Groom
Go over with them in 2 minutes what is going to happen at the rehearsal.
Let them know that they are going to introduce everyone before you get started.

Place everyone in Position One First
Put tape down where everyone is going to stand
Ask the Bride to approve the Position One placements
Have the Wedding party now go to the back and line up
- Seating of the Grandparents
- Seating of the Parents except the Father of the Bride
- Mother’s practice lighting the unity candle
Have the wedding party go to the back and line up
4. The Groom and the Pastor walk into place
5. The Groomsmen and the Bridesmaids processional into position one
6. The Flower Girl(s) and Ring Bearer Practice (talk about the white carpet here)
Have the Wedding party now go to the back and line up
7. The Music Starts: The Bride’s Mother usually stands and turns around to signal everyone else.
