I Finished My Course But I Still Don't See A Grade.

In most cases, when you have completed a course but you have not received a grade yet it is because you have not completed or we have not received your Feedback Quiz. Even though this is only a survey and there are no right or wrong answers, this is still part of your course and it must be completed. If you have completed your Feedback Quiz and still do not see a grade, make sure you contact help desk to verify that we received your answers. 

In courses where you are required to turn in a Final Paper or Essay you may not see your grade immediately because our staff must review these assignments in order for you to complete your course. It generally takes about two weeks to review a written assignment so make sure you turn in all your work at least three weeks before your course is over to avoid un-enrollment before it is graded. If you do turn in your paper after this time and your enrollment period ends before your paper can be graded, you will have to contact help desk and make a request for an extension. Extensions are not always granted so please make sure you turn in assignments on time, otherwise you run the risk of having to take the course again.
