James 5:14   Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.

Luke 10:34   He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him.

Hebrews 1:9    You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.

Exodus 28:41   After you put these clothes on your brother Aaron and his sons, anoint and ordain them. Consecrate them so they may serve me as priests.

Read Scriptures relating to the occasion

Pray

Pour some oil on your fingers and dab the oil on the forehead or you can pour it on their head. 

Say, ____(name), I anoint you in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for _____ (healing, ordination, etc.)
