By submitting this assignment, you are becoming a part of the Christian Leaders Alliance, if you haven't joined already.
Submitting this assignment signifies that you have reviewed what it means to be a member of the Christian Leaders Alliance, and that you are eager to be a part of it.
Assignment Activity
In preparation for your Level Two Endorsement, please ask your endorsers to answer the following question about you:
"Why do you think my walk, temperament, character, and calling demonstrate that I am suited to be a ministry leader with the Christian Leaders Alliance?"
Copy and paste their responses into the assignment.
Your two endorsements could come from the following:
- A spouse or a friend if unmarried
- A non-family member who knows and respects you
- A Ministry leader or a Mentor Minister
For each endorser, please include their name, contact information, and relationship with you (spouse, mentor, mentor minister, long-time friend, fellow church member, pastor, etc.).
Note: Students are responsible for retaining copies of their endorsement letters for future reference or, if needed, for future documentation. Christian Leaders Ministries will not retain these letters once you have received a grade for this assignment. If you decide to do the Endorsement Level 3 Assignment, you must re-submit these endorsements for that assignment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid grading issues with your recommendation assignment, please submit both recommendations at once. We only receive notification of the assignment submission the first time.

Sample Partially Fiction Recommendation:
When Robert first approached me regarding an endorsement, I honestly didn't know where to begin. There are so many reasons, countless stories, and a multitude of qualities and character traits that validate his calling to be a ministry leader. To avoid writing an excessively long account, I have chosen to share a more personal perspective that only I can provide.
Robert, among many wonderful attributes, is a loving and devoted husband and father. After a five-year struggle with infertility, during which we were told we wouldn't be able to conceive, we were blessed with our first baby girl. Five years later, we were blessed once more with our second baby girl. Robert has always attributed our blessings to God. Witnessing him read the Bible to our children and engage them in discussions about faith fills me with pride. His journey to fatherhood is one of the many factors that have led him to this point. He understands that this is his time to share and give thanks for the blessings we have received.
Robert is immensely dedicated, motivated, and believes wholeheartedly that this is the path he was called to tread. I am confident, without a shadow of a doubt, that he will excel in his studies and become an incredibly effective ministry leader.

I have never questioned the idea of Robert becoming involved in ministry. This is something that God has placed on my heart for years, even if Robert himself was not aware of it. Although the journey to this point hasn't always been easy, the experiences have helped him grow in all facets of his life. His life experiences will enable him to empathize with those he wishes to assist and bear witness to, as he has walked in their shoes and he knows firsthand how God can transform lives. Robert is passionate and faithful in everything he undertakes, and I have no doubt he will invest his heart and soul in helping others and teaching them about God’s love and grace.

I wholeheartedly endorse Robert. As one of his pastors and mentors, I have seen how Robert utilizes his gifts in service of the ministry. His life is a testament to his faith. We are excited about his eventual ordination as a “deacon minister,” as you put it.
