Christian Leaders Alliance Minister Program - Commended, Licensed, or Ordained

Hey, guys. In this section, we're going to be covering all of the programs that are available to you at Christian Leaders. And in this video, we're covering Christian Leaders Alliance. So, what is Christian Leaders Alliance? Christian Leaders Alliance is our clergy program, which provides you with commended credentials as well as licenses and ordinations. In this video, we're going to be covering all three of those credentials and how you can use them to benefit you in your ministry journey.

For all three of these credentials, we require endorsements. Starting with our commended credential, we require one. And then moving on to our licensed credentials, we require two endorsements. And then finally, for our ordinations, which require three endorsements. These are local recommendations from people you know that help boost the credibility in your ministry journey. Once you've earned these endorsements, we'll be able to put them as a seal on all of the credentials that you earn down the road. 

As a quick side note, these endorsements aren't limited to just the Alliance. So, for example, Christian Leaders College requires three endorsements to get admitted into it. If you've got those three endorsements to pursue ordinations under Christian Leaders Alliance, you can re-use those endorsements to get admitted into the college.

So, what credentials should you pursue for Christian Leaders Alliance. While there is no black and white answer, you can use this guideline as a general rule of thumb. If you're interested in becoming a lay minister or doing volunteer work, we recommend you start with our commended track. This is a great entry level track that provides you with a general knowledge of ministry training that can be really useful for lay ministry work as well as volunteer work. 

If you're interested in going into part-time or full-time work, we recommend you take a look at either our licenses or our ordinations. Our licenses are more of an intermediate credential. And then our ordinations are the most advanced credential you can get under Christian Leaders Alliance. We recommend you take a look at the guidance and credential panel to see between the licenses and the ordinations to see which credential best fits you and your ministry calling.
