Your Hard Work Should Be Rewarded

Do Not Cheapen Your Calling

Know Your Cause and Believe In It
Do You Really Believe in Local Ministry Training?
Why?

Roman 15:20   It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else’s foundation.

Motivate by Opportunities and Vision
The “need” is obvious.

Roman 15:17-19   Therefore I glory in Christ Jesus in my service to God.  I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have said and done—  by the power of signs and miracles, through the power of the Spirit. So from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.

Do Not Show Favoritism
If you do, even the very rich will not trust you!

James 2:1   My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don’t show favoritism.

Have Joy In the Effort
Be seen as one filled with joy

Philippians 4:4   Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
