    A Life Coach Minister is a Christian clergy leader who brings together biblical ministry, Christian life coaching, Soul Growth discernment, prayer, pastoral presence, and faithful next-step support.

    Life Coach Ministers walk alongside people as they seek growth, clarity, wisdom, healing, calling, maturity, and faithful direction under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

    Program Overview

    The Christian Leaders Alliance Life Coach Minister Ordination Program equips Christ-centered leaders to serve others through Christian coaching conversations, biblical wisdom, prayer, Soul Growth discernment, Christian Growth resources, semi-directive and directive ministry coaching, pastoral presence, and practical ministry systems.

    Life Coach Ministers serve through prayer, listening, biblical encouragement, coaching conversations, Christian Growth resources, ministry leadership, accountability, and referral wisdom.

    A Life Coach Minister is not expected to solve every problem or control another person’s life. The Life Coach Minister serves with humility, clarity, compassion, and boundaries. They help people notice God’s work, reflect honestly, engage biblical wisdom, strengthen habits, clarify next steps, and respond faithfully to the call of Christ.

    This role is especially meaningful for those who feel called to serve as credentialed coaching ministers in churches, Soul Centers, community ministries, relational circles, one-on-one ministry conversations, discipleship settings, and local ministry practices.

    • Use Soul Growth discernment to support spiritual, personal, relational, vocational, and ministry growth.

    Lead with Pastoral Wisdom

    • Practice semi-directive and directive ministry coaching with humility, discernment, and care.
    • Serve with pastoral presence, ministry clarity, healthy boundaries, confidentiality awareness, and referral wisdom.
    • Build practical systems for sustaining a local or relational Christian coaching ministry practice.

    • Theological Foundation Requirement — choose one:
    • Christian Leaders Theology — 1 Module
    • Christian Basics: Introduction to Christian Doctrine — 3 Units
    • Building a Life Coach Ministry Practice — 1 Module
    • Life Coach Minister Ordination Recognition Course — This Course
    • Level One Endorsement
    • Background check when required by law, ministry setting, institution, or Christian Leaders Alliance policy
    These courses help prepare Life Coach Ministers to serve with biblical grounding, spiritual maturity, coaching skill, pastoral wisdom, ministry clarity, practical systems, and role accountability.

    Clergy Standing with Christian Leaders Alliance

    All Christian Leaders Alliance coaching roles carry clergy standing within their approved role, training level, endorsement, credential status, and scope of service.

    The Life Coach Minister role is recognized as a Christian clergy role within the Christian Leaders Alliance credentialing structure. This means the Life Coach Minister serves with ministry recognition, role clarity, accountability, and coaching-ministry preparation.

    Clergy standing does not mean every coaching role has the same ministry authority, public function, or legal recognition in every setting. Local laws, institutional policies, background checks, ministry approvals, and role-specific requirements may apply.

    Life Coach Ministers who serve in churches, Soul Centers, community ministries, public settings, wedding or funeral ministry, care-related settings, recovery ministries, youth-related ministries, or other institutional environments must follow the laws, policies, screening processes, and supervision requirements of that setting.

    Program Outcomes

    Those who complete the Life Coach Minister Ordination Program will be prepared to receive the Ordained Life Coach Minister credential through Christian Leaders Alliance and serve with clergy standing within the approved Life Coach Minister role and scope.

    Coaching and Ministry Readiness

    • Provide Christian coaching conversations marked by prayer, listening, encouragement, accountability, and biblical wisdom.
    • Help people take faithful next steps under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
    • Use Soul Growth discernment to support spiritual, personal, relational, and vocational growth.
    • Help people engage Christian Growth, Soul Growth, or Flourishing Life courses.
    • Practice semi-directive and directive ministry coaching with humility and care.

    Ministry Leadership and Recognition

    • Serve in connection with a church, Soul Center, ministry setting, or local relational community.
    • Build and sustain a local or relational Life Coach ministry practice.
    • Practice role clarity, accountability, humility, confidentiality, and referral wisdom.
    • Represent Christian Leaders Alliance clergy recognition with integrity and spiritual maturity.
    • Build a foundation for continued ministry leadership and specialized Christian service.

    Steps to Receive the Life Coach Minister Ordination Credential

    Enroll in the Life Coach Minister Ordination Pathway.
    Complete the required courses.
    Complete the Level One Endorsement.
    Complete any required background check or screening.
    Update your Christian Leaders profile.
    Order your official credentials.
    Participate in a local ordination or commissioning service.
    Optional: register or serve through a Soul Center.

    Additional Recognition

    Soul Center Ministry Option

    A Soul Center is optional. Some Life Coach Ministers may choose to affiliate with or register a Soul Center to serve their local or relational ministry circle more effectively.

    A Soul Center can become a ministry base for prayer, Christian coaching conversations, discipleship, encouragement, Christian Growth course support, Soul Growth discernment, life transition support, calling discernment, leadership encouragement, and community care.
