Are You Called to Be a Ministry Coach?

Ministry Coach is a volunteer or part-time minister who walks alongside others to help them grow spiritually, personally, and relationally. Ministry Coaches provide presence, guidance, and encouragement as people seek direction in their faith, relationships, calling, or life decisions.

These ordained coaches serve in a variety of settings—churches, community groups, schools, correctional facilities, workplaces, or even one-on-one mentorship. Wherever people need biblical encouragement and Spirit-led coaching, Ministry Coaches step in to listen, support, and equip.

The Ministry Coach Ordination Program is a structured, step-by-step training designed to equip you with biblical, theological, and practical coaching skills so you can serve with clarity and confidence. This program also provides the pathway to ordination and clergy credentialing through the Christian Leaders Alliance.

✝️ What Is a Soul Center?

🌟 Ministry Coach and Soul Centers

Soul Center within the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) is a locally registered Christian religious society designed to serve a specific community or relational circle with Spirit-led presence, discipleship, and pastoral ministry. Soul Centers are led by credentialed ministers, including Ministry Coaches, who are trained and recognized through the Christian Leaders Alliance. Each leader affirms the CLA Statement of Faith and agrees to follow the best practices outlined in the Soul Center Handbook.

The core purpose of a Soul Center is to act as a local expression of the Church—a gathering place where the love of Christ is demonstrated through spiritual guidance, biblical teaching, relational coaching, and community connection. Ministry Coaches play a vital role by providing mentoring, coaching, and encouragement that help people grow in their walk with God and in their everyday lives.

🕊️ The Role of the Ministry Coach in a Soul Center

Ministry Coaches help anchor Soul Centers by:

    • Providing Christian coaching conversations that empower others to grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally
    • Offering pastoral presence and encouragement in times of challenge, transition, or decision-making
    • Guiding people through identity, relationship, or discipleship coaching rooted in biblical wisdom
    • Helping individuals and groups discover their gifts, purpose, and next steps in following Christ
    • Supporting relational discipleship and mentoring within the day-to-day lives of those they serve

Whether hosting a home-based fellowship, offering one-on-one coaching, leading a small group, or mentoring leaders, the Ministry Coach extends the mission of the Soul Center into everyday life—bringing God’s presence and wisdom into the rhythms of community.

    🌍 Types of Soul Centers

Each Soul Center reflects the gifts, training, and calling of its leader. Common forms include:

    • House churches or small group fellowships
    • Ministry coaching centers for identity, relationships, or discipleship growth
    • Ceremonial hubs led by officiants and chaplains
    • Mentor centers or discipleship programs
    • Specialized ministry expressions (e.g., recovery ministry, youth outreach, senior care)

All Soul Centers are affiliated with the Christian Leaders Alliance, which provides:

    • A theological and accountability framework
    • Access to ministry resources
    • Connection to a global network of Christian leaders
