Lay/Field Minister
🌾 Lay/Field Minister Ordination Program
Are You an Active Christian Called to Minister in Your Community?
Do you feel led to serve as a local church leader, elder, deacon, or layperson answering the call to ministry?
Are you looking for a structured, biblically grounded ordination program that gives you recognized clergy status—without taking years to complete?
The Lay/Field Minister Ordination Program is designed for active Christians who are already involved in ministry and want to grow in confidence, skill, and recognition.
🎓 Why “Field Minister”?
This title reflects a biblical view of ministry. While many church traditions use the term “Lay Minister,” we use “Field Minister” to emphasize that all ministers are part of the clergy—not just the full-time or professional ones.
You may still choose to be listed as a Lay Minister in your local setting, especially if that term fits your church culture.
