✝️ Christian Leaders Alliance: Equipping Called Leaders for Ministry Impact
The Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) is a global network of recognized Christian leaders who have completed ministry training through Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) and have been formally ordained to serve in their calling.
CLA exists to recognize, support, and credential Christian leaders who are biblically trained, spiritually mature, and actively serving God in their communities. Whether you are called to officiate weddings, preach, counsel, plant churches, or care for others, the Christian Leaders Alliance offers a structured and spiritually enriching path to ordination and clergy recognition.
All CLA ordinations are grounded in local validation, biblical training, and transparent accountability, ensuring every leader is equipped and affirmed for ministry.

The role of the Officiant today is similar to the Old Testament priests who led ceremonies and served on behalf of the people. In Leviticus 10:11 📜, God told the priests to perform ceremonies and teach His commands. Today’s Officiants carry out that same calling 🙌. They lead special ceremonies and offer spiritual guidance, connecting the rich tradition of the Bible with ministry in today’s world 🌍.

Drawing on the teachings and inspiration from the ministerial roles exemplified in the New Testament, Minister positions within the Christian Leaders Alliance are designed to embody the call to shepherd God’s people and spread the Gospel. Paul’s words in 2 Timothy 2:2, “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others,” perfectly capture the essence of a Minister’s role: to faithfully transmit the teachings of the faith, ensuring that the wisdom and teachings of Christ are preserved and passed down through generations. Consequently, both licensed and ordained ministers at the Christian Leaders Alliance reflect the New Testament’s model of mentorship, teaching, and spiritual leadership, nurturing a continuum of faith that bridges centuries.

🔖 Clergy Specializations at Christian Leaders Alliance
Expand Your Calling with Focused Ministry Credentials
At Christian Leaders Alliance, every clergy credential—whether Officiant, Minister, or Chaplain—can be enhanced with a Clergy Specialization. These specializations are designed to deepen your impact in a specific ministry area, offering targeted training and recognition for focused service.
Let’s say you’ve earned your credential as a Wedding Officiant or Romance Officiant. You can expand your ministry by pursuing the Intimacy Specialization, which adds deeper training on guiding couples in biblical, flourishing sexual intimacy. Or, if you’ve been credentialed as a Life Coaching Minister, you could specialize in areas like intimacy, prayer, or navigating conflict—empowering you to lead conversations that transform lives.
Each specialization is earned by completing additional ministry training through Christian Leaders Institute (CLI). Once completed, your clergy profile and credentials will be updated to reflect this area of expertise.
🧭 How It Works:
Step 1: Earn your core clergy credential (e.g., Minister, Chaplain, or Officiant).
Step 2: Enroll in the additional courses required for your chosen specialization.
Step 3: Your specialization is added to your official clergy listing and credential recognition
